A Message From the Immediate Past President Debra Hoffman

Another Leadership Tampa Bay program year comes to an end this summer, and it is my pleasure to report that our organization is as strong and vibrant as ever.  I am so honored to have been able to serve you and this organization for the past year. The LTB Class of 2007 was a transitional year.  We expanded the programs, added a very successful Washington DC trip and hired a full time employee.  By adding more class days we were able to better focus on the concerns of the greater Tampa Bay region. With the emphasis on the neighboring four counties (Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas and Polk), we also had an opportunity to focus more on our immediate region and provide the class with more in-depth exposure to each participating counties.   We also established a sponsorship committee to help support our new initiatives. Thanks to our loyal alumni, a solid board of directors, a spirited class, Leadership Tampa Bay continues providing the best quality programs that foster regional progress.

Help us perpetuate their spirit and our LTB purpose.  Visit http://www.leadershiptampabay.com/display.asp?id=17  and email an application for next year's class to someone you feel will appreciate this wonderful opportunity.

My sincere thanks to the LTB Board of Directors, and especially our executive director, Alice Bessette, to all our loyal alumni, and to all the great members of the LTB Class of '07, for a fabulous year in your service and friendship!
